Boa Constrictor vs. Burmese Python
Boa Constrictors live in Miami-Dade's hammocks, pinelands and suburbs, inside the range of the Burmese Python. A: Dark brown hourglass-shaped saddles on tan, turning to reddish bands towards the tail in the Boa Constrictor; big, irregular dark brown blotches outlined in black, split by thin pale bars in the Burmese Python. B: Tan on top with a thin dark line down the middle; a dark streak behind each eye, bordered white below in the Boa Constrictor; a dark spearhead on top between pale stripes running through the eyes to the snout in the Burmese Python. Both are introduced: report them to IveGot1.
